By visiting this site or purchasing any product, membership, coaching session, or digital offering, you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”).

1. Overview and Intent

This site and its offerings—coaching, courses, workshops, memberships, meditations, and written or recorded content—are designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and conscious transformation. My work integrates psychological, spiritual, and experiential teachings.

The information shared is for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

2. Coaching Relationship

1. Nature of Coaching

   Coaching is a thought-partnership designed to help you gain clarity, insight, and confidence. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

   As part of coaching I provide help, education and support in various ways, but you are ultimately responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after our sessions.

2. Session Structure

   • 1:1 Coaching: Conducted via video call, telephone or in person. Sessions begin and end on time.
   • Monthly Memberships: Include recurring live sessions and/or group coaching experiences as described at the time of purchase.
   • Group Programs or Workshops: May include live sessions, recordings, community discussions, or digital materials. Participation implies consent to community guidelines.

3. Confidentiality

   All information shared during sessions is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

3. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations

1. Payment
   • All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted.
   • Payment is due at the time of booking or enrollment.
   • Coaching sessions and memberships are processed through secure third-party platforms such as Simplero, Stripe, or PayPal.
2. Recurring Payments
   • Monthly memberships and subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. Payment will automatically be charged to the same payment method provided.
   • You may cancel future renewals anytime before your next billing date by contacting support@coyotejackson.com or managing your account via the Site.
   • Before the next automatic renewal you can make changes to the payment method to be used via the Site.
3. Refund Policy
   • 1:1 Coaching and Memberships: All sales are final. Coaching is a mutual commitment to presence and transformation; refunds are not offered once sessions begin or access is granted. You can cancel the next renewal at any time before it is automatically charged, via the Site.
   • Workshops or Digital Courses: Refunds may be considered before access begins; after the start date or once materials are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
   • If you believe you were charged in error, please contact me directly.
4. Missed Sessions
   • You may reschedule a 1:1 session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
   • Missed or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited at my discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All written, audio, and visual materials shared through this site—including meditations, course content, frameworks (such as the Architecture of Loving-Kindness, Reality Creation Loop, and Five Stages of Transformation), videos, and articles—are the intellectual property of Coyote Jackson.

They arise from direct experience and is offered in the spirit of open-hearted transmission. I want these teachings to move freely through the world, helping as many beings as possible, while also preserving their integrity and original intention.

5. Community Guidelines

Participation in any live or online group implies agreement to uphold an environment of respect, safety, and compassion.

Hate speech, harassment, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.

I reserve the right to terminate membership or coaching relationships if they no longer align with the spirit of loving-kindness and mutual growth.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

You understand that all services are offered “as is.”

While I offer guidance and tools for transformation, your results depend on your own engagement, openness, and practice.

I make no guarantees of outcomes or specific results.

I am a YNAB Certified Coach, which means that I have been trained to coach people on using YNAB software and the YNAB method. I have met select requirements of YNAB in order to receive this certification, which means that I have the ability to competently coach YNAB to others. I am not an employee of YNAB, and all non-YNAB related opinions and recommendations are my own. My views do not reflect the views of YNAB and its employees or its affiliates.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coyote Jackson and associated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation, purchase, or use of the site or its offerings.

You agree to take full responsibility for your choices and experiences.

8. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect new offerings or evolving business practices.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of California.
