Foreword
Coyote introduces himself, his style of playful wisdom, and this guide as a starting point to his body of work. His one urgent request: actually do the practices — take the medicine, don't leave it on the shelf.
Hi, I’m Coyote Jackson, a transformational coach and Buddhist teacher.
I’ve lived a lot this lifetime and have been through a very large number of transformations, through which I have learned the process, the technology of how to do it, and how to help others do it. How to get unstuck, how to dive into what your heart really wants, and to get into flow with it, rather than experiencing the fear and stuckness and depression that comes with being out of alignment with it.
I’ve been working with clients since 2019 on healing minds, helping them get unstuck, get out of anxiety and depression, transform their bodies once and for all, and get into connection with your heart, your relationships, your career, and the simple joy of life.
I’ve written this guide as a starting point to my body of work, which is what I’ve learned from all the teachers and coaches I’ve had over the years, as well as insights and teachings I’ve derived from my own direct experience of putting all of this into practice and having huge shifts in my experience of life.
My style is playful wisdom, working with people to see that really we are mostly ok, and beyond that helping people to shift their experience of life from suffering in various ways to recognizing our internal wisdom, and engaging life playfully and openly creating what we want and need.
Thank you for signing up to read this. As you do, probably the most important thing I learned from doing an enormous amount of growth over many years, is the power of direct experience. Try something wholeheartedly. If it doesn’t work try the next thing, but you have to actually do it. Not just read about it.
My deepest desire for you is that you achieve the experience of life without the suffering that comes with being out of alignment with loving-kindness. To shift that you have to practice, you have to actually do the things.
It takes what it takes, but if we don’t engage with these teachings it’s just like getting medicine but keeping it on the shelf and never taking it. Take the medicine, take the medicine, take the medicine!
Love yourself enough to actually step into these practices.
Try them out, wholeheartedly. I know it can be hard to slow down enough to stop and do this deep inner reflection. But if you don’t, nothing will change. If nothing changes nothing changes.
With deepest love,
Coyote

What Do You Want?Take the medicine — and the first dose is a very simple question: what do you want? Get out a large sheet of paper and actually do it.
Life is not in the understanding, it’s in the experience. Embrace being an Astrocreature!Try it wholeheartedly — don't just read about it. Here it is said another way: teachings are the finger pointing at the moon; we have to step out and walk on it.
